Kholoud Ajib earned her graduate degree from South University in Tampa as a Physician Assistant. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Diagnostic Medical Sonography from the Adventist Health University. As she continued her education, she earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Health Science from Nova Southeastern University with a concentration in Healthcare Education. She has been a practicing PA since 2016 with a primary focus on Gastroenterology Medicine.

Kholoud has a high interest in nutrition science and how it relates to gastrointestinal health and overall wellbeing. She enjoys spending quality time with her family, exercising regularly, and maintaining a wholesome and nutritious dietary lifestyle. During her free time, you can find Kholoud running, hiking, reading, and meditating.

Dr. Subhani completed her Internal Medicine Residency, having been selected to serve as Chief Resident, at Nassau University Medical Center in Long Island, New York. She then completed her Gastroenterology Fellowship at Nassau University Medical Center. While at the medical center, she won “Resident of the Year” and “Fellow of the Year” as selected by her peers. Dr. Subhani was an assistant professor at New York Medical College and taught Internal Medicine residents and medical students. She is the author of multiple medical journal articles that have received widespread publication.

Dr. Subhani earned a Masters Degree in Medical Nutrition from Columbia University in New York. She incorporates nutrition into her daily practice and focuses on dietary modifications, optimizing micronutrient intake, obesity medicine, and weight loss. Dr. Subhani is trained in diagnostic and therapeutic colonoscopy, diagnostic and therapeutic upper endoscopy, video capsule endoscopy, PEG tube placement, and motility.
