Your initial appointment will consist of a thorough consultation reviewing your medical history, determining one or multiple diagnosis, and reviewing clinical treatment options. Occasionally, treatment can be performed the same day as the consultation, however, a complex medical history may require additional appointments for treatment. Bringing your past medical records, x-rays, CT scans, MRI films, a list of medications and your insurance information to your initial consultation will allow us to assist you in a more efficient manner.
NOTE: A parent or guardian must accompany all patients under 18 years of age to the initial consultation visit.
