What is The Medical Group of South Florida VIP Patient Care Program?

The Medical Group of South Florida VIP Patient Care Program is a fee-based health program providing dedicated concierge practitioners and care teams along with conveniences for our patients.

Why should I join?

When you join our VIP Patient Care Program, you will benefit from 24/7 access to your doctor, same day appointments, personalized health programs based on your specific needs, extended annual physicals and much more!

What is the fee structure?

There will be a yearly membership fee. For more information, please call our office at 561.746.7811 to speak with our VIP Patient Care Program specialist.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • This fee cannot be submitted to your insurance, Medicare or Medicaid for reimbursement.
  • The VIP Patient Care Program annual fees do not cover tests, medications, immunizations, office visits or charges for hospital stays. These charges are usually covered by your health insurance.

BRUCE M. EISENBERG, M.D., F.A.C.P.

Serving Jupiter

Dr. Eisenberg graduated from Wayne State University’ School of Medicine and completed his Internal Medicine residency at Sinai Hospital of Detroit. He is board-certified in Internal Medicine and is a fellow of the American College of Physicians. He has received appointments to Sinai Hospital of Detroit, William Beaumont Hospital of Royal Oak Michigan, Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center, and Jupiter Medical Center. He previously held the position of Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of Miami for over 12 years. Dr. Eisenberg specializes in preventive medicine working closely with his patients and customizes care to manage their particular needs. He has received advanced training in yoga and exercise, which he views as two essential components of a healthy lifestyle and can pass this knowledge on to his patients. He has a keen interest in the quality of the environment and its impact on health and is an active environmentalist.

AVISHAI MENDELSON, M.D.

Serving Jupiter

Dr. Mendelson graduated from The University of Miami Miller School of Medicine and completed his Internal Medicine residency at The University of Miami / Jackson Memorial Hospital. Dr. Mendelson was Board Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He was an assistant Professor of Internal Medicine at Nova Southeastern University, a Teaching Attending at Columbia Hospital’s Internal Medicine Program, and is currently a Principal Investigator in Phase 2 and 3 Clinical Trials. He promotes preventative medicine while helping patients navigate complex medical issues. Dr. Mendelson is bilingual in English and Hebrew.

Ronald Surowitz, D.O.

Dr. Surowitz is a 1971 graduate with honors from the College of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery in Des Moines, Iowa where he trained to see problems holistically. He is a Board-Certified Family Physician committed to helping people Achieve and Maintain Optimal Health. He has been serving the local community since 1983 and his years of experience gives him a well-rounded approach to preventative care. He is a Diplomat of the National Board of Osteopathic Medical Examiners, a member of the Florida and American Osteopathic Medical Associations as well as the Association of Clinical Research Professionals, Principle Investigator of Clinical Trials for Health Awareness, a past President of the Florida Osteopathic Medical Association, Board Chairman of MyClinic “Jupiter Volunteer Clinic”, CME Committee Chairman at Jupiter Medical Center, and past Chairman of the Executive Committee for Palm Beach County Affordable Care Organization in collaboration with Medicare.
